Local Delivery Areas

Whilst some of our products are available for UK Mainland delivery, the majority of our products are only available for local delivery. Products such as bouquets, floral arrangements and funeral arrangements are fragile and complex to ship nationally and therefore only available for local delivery.

We offer local delivery to postcodes covering Harrogate, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Ripon, York and the surrounding villages.

If your delivery address is to one of the following postcodes, your order will be hand delivered by a Petals & Paperie staff member. We do not use third party couriers for our local delivery option.

Local deliveries will be made between 9am - 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Unfortunately, due to the ever changing studio schedule we are unable to define a delivery time slot.

If the recipient is not home at the point of delivery, we will leave your flowers either in a safe place, or with a neighbour. We will leave a delivery note in the recipient's letter/mailbox to inform them where their flowers have been left.

Exceptions

At Petals & Paperie, the safety of our delivery team and the quality of your flowers are our top priorities. In the event of severe weather conditions (such as extreme heat, storms, flooding, or snow) or circumstances outside our control, we may need to postpone your delivery to ensure both safety and product integrity.

Should this occur:

  • We will contact you promptly to inform you of any delay
  • Your delivery will be rescheduled for the earliest safe opportunity
  • Our team will prioritise your order once conditions improve
  • The fresh quality of your flowers will not be compromised

We appreciate your understanding that these measures are taken to maintain our high service standards and protect both our staff and your beautiful blooms. Your patience during such situations helps us ensure every delivery meets our quality expectations.

Mainland UK Delivery

Our seasonal wreaths, DIY wreath kits and wreath accessories are available for delivery across the Mainland UK.

We use DHL Next Day or Royal Mail 24HR delivery services for most of our orders, however if required we may use other couriers due to demand and availability. Due to the fresh nature of our products, we only offer Next Day Delivery services. This is to ensure that fresh foliage and flowers do not sit in transit for more than 24 hours wherever possible.

Tracking

Where a tracking number has been supplied with your order, please use the courier's website to track your order.

Exclusions

Due to the fresh nature of our products, there are some postcode areas across the UK which are excluded from our national delivery service as the delivery time to reach these locations can exceed 24 hours.
